• Casa del Massaro (House of the Farm Owner): from 2 to 5 people
• Casa dello Stalliere (House of the Stableman): from 2 to 5 people

SUPPLEMENTS and REDUCTIONS

• For each additional person there is a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per day
• Children 0-12 years old: FREE

TYPE OF STAY

• Weekend
  in Low and Mid Season from Friday to Sunday
• Weekly
  in Low Season from every day of the week
  in Mid and High Season from Saturday to Saturday
• Check in h 12.00 - Check Out h 10.00

PAYMENTS

• 30% in Advance via Bank Transfer or Paypal (+10 EUROs)
• Balance at the handing of the keys

CANCELLATION

• Free if the request is received within 30 days of arrival
• Charge 50% of the advance if the request is received from 30 to 15 days before arrival
• Charge 100% of the advance if the request is received within 15 days before arrival or for no show
